are you using multiple exposures to do it?
or is it software generated?

they're deffinately coming out good.

Yeah there all multiple, I tried a few with a single RAWs but they didn't work anywhere near as well as the multiple exposures. I used 5 shots for all of those using auto bracketing. You can simply change the setting each photo if your camera doesn't have it and thanks

Apparently I suck at the whole HDR thing

Had 5 original photos, and used photoshop for creating it.
Doesn't have any of the cool effect you guys are getting - oh well, I think i will stick to my lightpainting and normal photography
I sort of like the pic though because of the reflection in the car

Lol, You don't use the orig pics.. You need Low exposure, High exposure and normal one

5 original pictures, I didn't say they were correctly exposed.
I assumed that most would work out the 5 pics were very under exposed, under exposed, correct , over exposed, and very over exposed....apparently not.

I think I just went -2.0, -1.0, 0, +1.0 and +2.0 with the camera on controlled shutter speed setting (tv).

Coyote mk3, Your pick looks sweet, the main aim of HDR is to make the photo color range etc better and clearer, the cartoon effect is just people blowing it out of proportion so in a true HDR view you completely nailed it. The color quality of the image looks awesome.
On another note since this is an awesome picture thread here are some awesome photo's I took last night. Tried heaps of HDRs for it but failed on each as it didn't really need it. There's plenty more but i wont hijack anymore as i said I wouldn't so i'm done i'm stopped this is all.

worked out where i was stuffing up with the HDR stuff, I was only taking 3 pics +2 0 -2 cause that's all my camera can do...
so i held down on table and done +2 +1 0 -1 -2 and got a perfect one...
