hmm well mine does the system check and it all comes up ok. so hopefully its motor only thats fucked
and i doubt id buy it back. as max said there is VIV to deal with and with a flood car that would be a nightmare

well another day passed and car is still collecting dust at work. they are taking their time sorting this shit out :banghead:

all are pretty good... Force6 is pretty good for the price though.

ok so anyway those who i have on facebook already know but for the rest of you guys, i got the call today. car is a write off! i was very angry and got them to re-inspect the car.
he got back to me saying the could repair it but there was going to be a few issues.

but i called him back up to check a few things and was given a rough idea what my payout figure would be.
i find out the final figure tomoro , but if its what was discussed tonight, i'd be silly not to take the money.

The new SC 5.0 will feel 'ok' stock because of the computer limiting the torque so much, tune + exhaust = 400rwkw. Sucks the gs is missing all the good bits your maloo has.

Did you ask about buying it back? I like some of the cars you posted, but i rekon a VE calais is too boring.

I call BS on your mate alot of the times flood cars are stat write offs which means you cant re-register them... but you can buy them if i had a dollar for every flood car i saw at auctions id have enough for a W427

i think he's saying you can't directly buy them back, they still go through the auctions.
