ok so i got the vl registered today must say im pretty happy because the whole thing rego and all has only cost me a grand. I have just about got the ef ready for roady and rego, will be good because then i can just start putting all the good shit back on it. I got a walbro intank pump off Tuffcar parts (cheers guys excellent service) to go with the 044 and surge tank also going to order the 42psi injectors off them in the next fortnight if all goes well then time to work on the computer issue, I'm still thinking wolf because they make an ef plug and play computer with 3bar map sensor but need to research a little more as i would need a coil ignitor also to run it.

I like the new interior, looks much better.

I think the grey that ford chose to put in the e-series cars is pretty bland, would rather black to be honest.

the interior colour is actually a deep grey looks black in photo's and when getting dark, but it is more like a commodore grey, you know that darker shade they have, either way it is 100 times better than the white paint lol.

well off the ford topic and onto the work hack vl just for a moment, i got a new 3" exhaust and fixed up some sensors runs like a dream now, found the wastegate actuator is f**ked and can only get 4 psi out of it, but still hit 165.1rwkw at the 4psi, on the plus side of that its on the road and running sweet so all my cash will be poured into the ef now, have got the exhaust now so within a month it will be on the road as a stocker, then in the shed for a week or two to put the good stuff back on, then i should be able to post some good skid vid's lol

thought i would give an update on the two shit boxes, the vl blew the turbo so i got new hiflo and few other goodies from justin at tuff car parts and started building it a little bit better should be done in the next few days as my signature says we are looking at getting an easy 250 - 290 rwkw depending on the final boost pressure we decide on.

The ford had been put on the back burner again, we were kicked out of the house we were renting because the landlord wanted to let his son move in, so i just bit the bullet and bought my own house with decent shed. just need to get power into it and it will be cool as, it is all back to standard with stock manifold and exhaust just waiting on getting it back to my new house so i can clean it up and rwc and rego it, then turbo gear back on for a bit, i scored a cheap twin turbo manifold so i will start looking into that as an option if not sell the manifold off to some-one that will use it, will get pics up soon

she is back home now, picked her back up from my old mans place tonight, may need to let off a bug bomb or two in it to clear out the spiders though lol

been a while thought an update was in order. the ef is now running as a stocker, just have to fix a few issues for rwc, should be able to pull most of it off the few parts donors in the back yard. i sold the VLT as i found they are a piece of shit that should all be burnt, and i wouldn't have another even if it was given to me . also got another daily as my sig suggests, just an ef gli with 17's super lows 21/2" exhaust and a tidy up under the bonnet, thanks to a delay in a new head as the one on it warped.
