I had a tough time deciding between tint and venetians, in the end I went with tint, but I suppose it's up to you in the end. Either would look good imo.

I'm just not sure if venetians would suit the colour at all. I think they're best left for black and white cars.

Venetians are overrated (awaiting hate comments) I think maybe on a sleeper its alright but it just wouldn't look right on this car imo.

Venetians need to be left to us LWB owners. they dont suit SWC falcons IMO. they look perfect on fairlanes and LTD's

Yeah I'm definitely going tint. What's a good percentage to go? I know 35% is darkest legal but it's absolutely pointless to go that because it's hardly tinted at all.

i wouldn't go darker then 20%, however 35% can look fine on a car with a dark interior.

I dunno, we've got a brand new VE ute in our driveway with 35% tint and a black interior. It doesn't look bad at all, but I'd want it darker.

I have legal tint in the front 2 windows and 18% in the others, looks pretty mint on my car and I can't get into trouble for it. I think you can get away with having real dark tint unless the cop is being a major dick or something.

just dont be a smartarse and they wont give you shit for it.

i got pulled over for it once. Bloke goes "mate your tint is bloody dark"

i just pointed at the "smart-tint" sticker on the window and said it was factory.

and i pretty you can have it as dark as you want behind the B pillars.

I've been looking around on some other forums and there's people saying they got the EB GT leather boot from Ford for around $30. I've called a few spare parts dealers and they all say that the boot is no longer available. Anybody know where I could get one? Might have to get one of those eBay ones.

Eh, it's far from perfect. There is a few dints and scratches from the bloke before me. One you can see on the back corner under the left tail light. There's two on the bonnet as well but they should pop out easily.

Don't really know much about it, I just know that the rebate is still at $1500. What options do I have and what sort of prices would I be looking at?
