superhuS' new EL Fairmont V8.

Postby superhuS! » March 14th, 2011, 7:21 am

Hi guys. Picked this up last night. Got 222***k's and factory tickford options such as Kit and LSD. Unmarked interior, but a few hits. VERY VERY minor though.
Image
Image

First order of business is to get rid of the ghey rims. Then the list is:
Explorer manifold and GT40P's
Pacemaker extractors and some sort of exhaust
XR front :D
Ghia moulds
Slammed on ultras
Silver dark Argents
LTD wood
Ghia leather.

That is all.

I hate you. Are the heads on these things relatively easy to change? i've lost my license for 3 months so this thing is going to sit in my garage and get worked until i get my license back.

I scored an Explorer manifold complete with 70mm MAF and TB, new pod filter for sickness and 24LB injectors for $405. Now all i need is a set of GT40P's, some sick zorst and a tune.

Mega Bump.

After initially selling the car to Phill, the car sat around for a few months, waiting for RWC. It copped a fair amount of hits in the Christmas hailstorm. But due to loss of jobs, car accidents and a broken toe the deal fell through, so I have this thing back in my hands again. I initially wanted to wreck it, but after seeing waghoonEF's post for $1300 resprays, I though, "meh, **** it" and decided to keep it and let it serve for daily duties.

Plans are:
Respray.
RWC
Reg
Gas.

Not very exciting, but it'll have to do.
