Thanks Scott! yeah take a lot of patience, I'm happy to
do others if people want them done, or even just a full clean up of the manifold which is much easier!

This looks sick mate, nice work. You have nailed the stance. I like the attention to detail too, I've never seen the side moulds done like that, looks great. :D

Cheers for all the comments mate! thanks for noticing the detail and moulds too, I like the sportiness of the xr but I also love a bit of luxury look with the chrome, it's good to know that others like it too! :)

Yes Hus, it does, so buy it for me :P
Well I havnt updated this for awhile, so here's what I've been doing, I started polishing a bbm (intake
manifold) because I wanted more chrome in the engine bay, I've got some progress pics on the first sand down to 800grit and a buff, and up to the finished product(well what I can be bothered with :P)

Was hoping to get it all on before AFD Seymour today buuut cbf kicked in quite a
few times lol
Also have another set of DeCorsas on the way! :yahoo: 20"s this time, which means I'll h e to get the guards pumped and rolled more so they can fit nicely without have major scrapage on the guards as the height it is
now :)
cheers

damn...looking good. lots of effort...well done.
i got my guard roller fixed if you want to borrow it to flare the guards too.

so...does that also mean the 19's are for sale ;-)

It's been awhile since I've updated anything, I've finally got my polished manifold on! will get pics of it on soon... :yahoo: unfortunately I had also managed to fry my J3 Chip and ECU in the process(NFI how but it happened)
So I'm now waiting for another chip, and If that fails then looks like I'll be getting an aftermarket ecu :)
I have also managed to get my hands on my cousins BA GT wheels off his BA Pursuit, will probably keep these as daily wheels and save any damage to my 19" DeCorsas!
Here are some pics with Danny's turbo ef xr(Obriza)

I think I get where Sunny is coming from and tend to agree. I think it's a great looking car, but there's a lot going on. I reckon the DeCorsas would compliment the car better if it were a little bit simpler.
