also depends how the manual is adapted to suit 6cyl
if the manual can be pulled off and bolted back onto a v8 then its not bad at all.

Yeah they are a nice car.
I reckon 8 grand or so is a fair price.
Pity the LWB is such a flop in Austraia. But it does mean we can buy nice V8 barges at a decent price for those who like them.

I see that NL FBT is back on EBay..
Relisted due to non paying bidder, apparently they wanted to negotiate price.
There was 12 other bidders it could have been offered to but he has relisted it.
I wonder if it was at clean and original as stated.

Yeah I saw that. He does encourage pre-bidding inspection. Only a complete fuckwit would bid on a car (especially one like that) without looking at it.

no... anyone bidding on a car like that site unseen should just be aware of the risk they are taking.
I've purchased a couple of cars interstate sight unseen (my wagon and thunderbird)

its a risk, but you set a limit accordingly.

Exactly right. Nothing wrong with purchasing sight unseen, I've bought heaps over the years exactly that way. If the risk is unmanageable, don't do it - that simple.
