I was wondering what is every1s favourite mods? i tend to lean towards rims and exhaust for starters (at least it looks and sounds the piece)... :twisted:

My favorite is painting interior bits with VHT. Adds that classy looks to an otherwise bland interior.

performance. and cheap cosmetic.
my car may look kinda crap without rims or anything special but once its done at least it might go hard :D

Power (engine mods, driveline etc), suspension (gotta make the boat handle well)
Bonnet, Front Bar, Front quarter panels CHEAP!

My favourite mods include, Altezza Taillights, DIY window tint, electric superchargers from ebay and painting my interiouz for the kuztoms look.
Now Lead tester/cheap labour for the South East divison of Hillbilly Performance Vehicles. PM me for a set of 2nd hand leads, dirty air filters and other assorted hick automotive needs.

Nah really- Cam, 2.5 exhaust from Cat back and hopefully some extractors in the near future.

my fav mod I ever did was 3.9's in the diff of my old EA. However I have a Lokka to go in my EF when I get around to it so that might be my new favourite.

Turbo is the best mod you can do. Nothing else comes close.

Any other power mod should be ignored or only done to improve a turbo setup. Anything else is just wasting money.

Turbo, lokka, suspension, tough gearbox. The gearbox part is yet to be realised in my car. It's on the blueprints though.

are they anything like those WICKED vans that are popping up everywhere in Victoria? Some of those vans have the best murals on them haha! One WICKED van had a mural of two people rooting on it & some dirty slogan too, it was parked next to a playground at 8am lol

Yes I've seen those vans too, I think the ones I have seen are comby vans. It is some sort of hire car company that caters to backpackers. They have some murals that definitely stand out.

One van had a massive dope leaf on it and the slogan "why drink and drive when you can smoke and fly?", cops had pulled them over for something (random drug test? :P). The driver looked like a militant Greenpeace activist or John Butler Trio roadie, suited the van perfectly :lol:

On a car that pulls low 14's with lots of mods (aka e-series)... I couldn't agree more.

On my car, the T5 and a spool was the best investment I made (in regards to enjoyment while driving it) but that's coz I'm a hoon 8-)
