Hey guys here's my new daily el xr6, it's auto, has 224,xxxks, sunroof, lowered on superlows, lukey 2 1/2 exhaust, has some stereo gear in it,

Plans are just put a set of el gt's and the tickford body kit eventually and fix some clear that's peeling on the rear bar and bonnet

Looks good!
Hit up them red strips with some plastic polish when you can. Front doors look like theyve faded more than anything else for some weird reason.
Cheers

Came up pretty good after a cut and polish needs front and rear bars painted but I'll wait till a get a tickford lip kit,

any more info on something to bring the red moulds back?

The exhaust is too loud for me only has one muffler and sound like arse going to put another muffler on the rear,

And the sunroof plays up so have to look into that some more

picked up the set of 5 el gt replicas last night and tried one side on to get a rough idea what they looked like, they are off again to get some decent tyres fitted and the gutter rash fixed and painted in the champagne colour

other then then that just trying to get a few problems out of it replaced the fuel sender unit , replaced the cat converter because it has a slight rattle on first start up but its not that ill have to look into it abit more, needs a gearbox service or another auto sometimes shifts hard into 2nd then flares up 2nd-3rd, ive got another auto here so no biggy, and got another set of lowered shocks on the way because i think they are standard shocks haven't really looked but these ones are near new, might look for some lower springs too

Doesn't slide back most times, and sometimes it shut but opens straight away like something is getting jammed i haven't really had a good look it yet, I've got a roof cut here with a good sunroof in it but these are a **** to remove and refit because they're glued to the roof if I remember correctly ?

nothing exciting has been happening with this really just fixing a few things that needed to be fixed put a new fuel sender in it so now i have a working fuel gauge which is handy, also put a new battery in it and a new alternator damn thing died at the servo on the way to work on a monday morning so started the week well :banghead:
sunroof is still tempremental but shuts more then it use too
and fitted a set of pacemaker 4480's and high flow cat last night, the cat was hollowed out by the previous owner so now it sounds even worse and louder,so i went and seen the exhaust guy we use at work and his going to make up a new cat and put another centre section in it for me

got some ultra lows lined up for it from superhus just have to deliver his seat for him and pick them up

also traded the ftrs for some 19'' silver argents for a couple of days as a mate needed smaller wheels for a rwc
got tyres put on the el gt copies so ive got them on now,

Not much been going on with this lately I've got the ssl's fitted to the rear also picked some dark argents up, got the new high flow cat fitted and exhaust isn't loud now, serviced it,

Also brought a crow 2222549 cam and a j3 and burner looking for a vernier cam gear before i fit it, Jason from ti perfomance is going to do a mail order tune and when funds permit I'll get cve to tune it

Been thinking about converting it to manual I've got everything I need bar ecu and pedal box but I'd just get a malwood clutch pin and a j3
