Finally installed my exhaust I got off Josh_ef. Made is heaps quieter so im gonna get a smaller diamiter muffler thrown in.
Also the apprentice bought some D.Corsas for his au and we thought we'd try them on mine

Their 19s but look so so small

Nothing compared to yours!!
I need new chrome strips and dints removed and some touching up plus sun roof and bulge! Big list and big brakes then the exterior is how I want it.
Paint was a prick tbh. But got there in the end !

Motivation kicked in today when I got off work early so I raced home to put my leather seats in that I got off Josh L.
Got the tear repaired and I was off.

Pulled everything out and gave it a vacuum and a mighty clean out as she has been quite neglected.

Rears in

Fronts in

So after cleaning the inside I took her for a bath following being a
Under a tree for a week

All clean

Also while I'm at it. The other week at trade school I got my aerial to work faultlessly. Radio on it goes up. Off it goes down etc etc

Also the plugs on my turning lamps shit their selves so I put new plugs on and aimed my headlights. Safe to say they are a lot better now

Still need a mint set of lights though. That's it for now.

Was thinking because my chrome strips are screwed and flaking I was thinking of either replacing them OR painting the chrome black including the ghia badges and the rear fairmont badge.
But leave grill and rear garnish alone.

Thoughts?

Just hunt around on eBay for 3m chrome strips/tape the right width and replace it.. black would look out of place and tacky I reckon.

Was going to suggest buying some of that SAAS pinstripe tape, you beat me to it lol. I used the same stuff for my Fairmont when I had the chrome trims on it, that tape works mint and holds up nicely.
