I blame the missus for me not been at heathcote.

Not that i need to explain myself, but since so many people are interested sure!

I was visiting inlaws in gippsland. Since Dion had the car at the workshop whilst i was in FIJI just lookign after it, we planned to go Calder on the 14th but nooooo they cancelled it. So we planned for heathcote on sunday but since i had to go inlaws i offered him to take it down and have a crack. He is the only one i would allow to pedal down the strip. I got no issues running 1.6x 60" on et's as i have many times and doing over 200km/h many times.

The car only managed mid-high 10s. Do not use KYZ adjustable suspension (fronts) for drag racing. Dion had issues transferring the power. 10.8 with on/off throttle all the way and a 2.0 60". Going to go over the suspension again and go back out on boxing day! And yes i will be there too.

Good news is car came back in piece

now with new suspension, well, i know you dont know much about racing sinan, but i can explain weight transferring from front to back if you really like see how we go next week.

ye EJ was running mid 11s all day then last run, somehow ran his 10.39. Finally got grip (or nos! lol). Last run of the day almost. Great work! That pulsar was the bomb. Treated it like it was stolen. Black bonnet and all haha

Apparently track was worse then average. Should be good next week as they are prepping it. If the 9 will ever happen, it will be next week (pending stupid weather).

Freeze, No i dont think EJ runs NOS relax. Just saying running mid 11s all day then last pass of the day runs a 10.39 'its "like" he ran nos to jump a whole second in the quarter.



Speaking of bottles, will be getting a c2o bottle in my car to help boost. Since the AMS/gate goes minimum 15psi needs some help getting there. This is the cheapest mod on the car for a long time! I miss these mods. Prob not till end of Jan now

His boost control is akin to that off a proper race car and not a streeter. It needs co2 to work properly. Pretty sure cve mentioned it early on but icer said nah that's not necessary, a tuner told me so.

Wouldn't think you need that since your running a 4 speed and convertor, mine gets up to 18psi on stage and a 1.48 60 ft on standard ute rear and tailshaft. Also daily driven.

Converter design makes a massive difference, we now get on boost in under 2 seconds.

There's also not alot done mod wise to get it there either lol EJ's got a pretty tidy almost stock rig. Bang for buck right there.

Still what he has done would have set him back 10k, turbo, intercooler/piping, exhaust, fuel system and tuning it adds up pretty quickly.
