hi my 220kw ba has dropped a valve after 237000 klms im thinking of putting in a 260kw boss motor what involved and how much drama

It shouldn't be too difficult, most of its a straight swap.

a Boss tune can be flashed onto the 3V ECU and it'll run, otherwise if you use the Boss ECU you'll have to take it to ford to be matched up to the BCM.

bonnet clearance is an issue obviously.

Wouldn't the boss have extra cam phasers &that? Would have thought you need extra wiring/ECU drivers etc.

Boss doesn't have VCT.
you need to swap the engine loom over, but it'll plug into the ECU the same.
