Flywheel tightened, new tailshaft has a vibration when driving? I'm guessing its one of the those things and someone suggested thrust race bearing so ill do that aswell and probably a service, rear guards were pretty caked in rubber aswell, few cosmetic things no guard liners no air intake snorkel

I got a tail shaft out of an EF manual sedan if you want one to try? Shame about the Simmons mate, but I think the GT's give it a cleaner look. The Rebel's still look tough on it though.

looks like a nice bit of gear you picked up, will certainly make a few things easier, sometimes cordless is better than air

Cheers guys,
I'd love to turbo it but then I think b-series turbos are pretty cheap these days but then it wouldn't be as cool as an e series, I've still got two years of n/a fun to have before I touch boost anyway

Got that right!

Jump on carsales and look at how many b series there are out there compared to e series. Can't go past a clean e series over a b series that have 150 + km's on it and been thrashed to the shit house.

Even in ford magazines, every second page has something to do with a b series turbo. Keep the e series, clean it up, boost it and then cruise it.
1998 EL XR6: Sunroof, Manual (Astro A5 soon), Kit, 19" Silver Argents.
Currently redoing all suspension components, big brake kit, stripping apart for a respray, dynamatting whole interior.
