AIT EA turbo!

Hey guys
Recently I found a AIT turbo forsale for $6500 it had 65thousand on the clock. Really tidy and neat.
Leather seats. And heaps more.. Running 450hp at the wheels on 15psi.
To4 turbo

What are your thoughts on this? Would it be worth it? Or start a fresh turbo built?
