I just got off the phone to SPER and to their knowledge no payments have been received.
Help me out a little here Raymond, when did you pay this money - on what date? Do you have sort of receipt or a way to prove you made the payment?

Assuming you did give the money to the court, why did you wait until a court ordered you to give him the money back, why didn't you just give him his money back in the first place?

yeah i don't do drugs buddie... and as i have said once before I done the wrong thing and have paid for it so I don't know what els to say.. I rang sper and they said the unless rat makes a request for payment than they will not notify him. and he is going to send me a letter with some details about it. so I guess I'll wait for that.

rat didn't take me to court I got charged and had to pay the money back so I have done this and like i said that is just what they told me... I don't know the in's and outs. I have not done this to anyone els because i have learnt from this.

Sometimes I think the courts are too soft on people and slap them on the wrist and they go out and do it again.

I think that everyone being a smart arse about this is just making me take the money back by putting in a reverse payment form!!!! rat is the one that lost his money and yet he is talking to me to try and work it out... I was trying to show people that I have changed my ways but all it seem to have done is bring out all the keyboard warriors..... some of the people that are being smart but yet they are sending me PM's and trying to help me with my car.... so I don't see what its got to do with anyone but me and rat!!!

If it had nothing to do with us why make a thread about it?

Ok so for charges to be laid rat would have had to file a complaint for them.
Did you rat?
For money to be taken apart from fines rat would of had to ask for restituion from the court.
Did you rat?
If money was taken rat would of got paid as a victom of crime as you do by qld law.
So if none of these things have happend then its BS.

Am I reading this right? Because people on the internet made you angry, you're considering somehow reversing your court-ordered payment, that was put in place as a means to force you to pay Rat for the gearbox you didn't sell him?

Why is this (ismasiv4401) still on boosted?... I would have though the admin should have ban his for its actions and as well as being a crook and lair he is dragging boosted down to his level with all this BS.

Rat if you have contacted the courts and they have told you there is no record of this payment mate just get your legal eagle to file a fraud complaint and take the guy through, other wise it will just drag on and you wont end up recovering your money. :amen:

a 3rd i don't recall there being a 2nd.. when rollin came to buy the box the box was sitting there he could of taken it but the fact he didn't doesn't mean i ripped him off... after the court date was done and the amount was placed under respiration than the box was still mine and I could sell it to who ever.. and it was after that date that rollin came to look at the box. from then I sold it to another boosted member.... The Small Claims Tribunal order must be entered as a judgment in the Magistrates Court before the order can be enforced..

You will need to file the following documents with the court:

a sealed copy of the order of tribunal
the original (Small Claims Tribunal)
the original + two copies of Form 58 – Judgment (UCPR).

You will need to file these documents at the court located closest to where:

the person required by the order to make the payment resides or has a place of business
or
you (the person who is receiving the payment) resides or has a place of business.

Once these documents have been filed, you will be given a sealed copy of the judgment for your records.

The original will be retained with the court file and a second copy will be sent to a credit reference agency (depending on certain criteria) for their records.

Enforcement action can be taken against the defendant if the order is registered. There is no additional cost for registration.

You should contact your local Magistrates Court for the relevant affidavit to complete.

Hey ray do you know this guy that ripped off or supposed to have ripped of rat, is he a grub as everyone is saying ???

If he has had a judgement against him for receiving money under false pretenses, to me that's the court saying he stole money for goods he fail to send so to me that mounts up to steeling, so just for that he should be ban.

This sort of thing make you think is it safe to buy from a forum, whats happening to a mans word and honesty.

Na ken i dont know him but i think i know his old man from when i lived in byee for a bit.
I always ask if people have a paypal account and pay that way.
Its much easier to sell than buy these days.
Ripping people off is a shit kunt thing to do but it happens and is a good way to end up badly hurt or worse.
