Raymond, I have been in contact with Kingaroy Magistrates court and they have been very helpful.

They have been able to confirm several details IE: case reference number, appearance date, restitution amount etc

They have no record of you paying any money as restitution.
If indeed you are telling the truth and you have paid, I need more information.

1) the date you paid
2) the amount you paid
3) where you paid it (online or over the counter)
4) most importantly a RECEIPT as proof

Can you give me this information?

I can assure you all the correct procedures were followed, they know exactly who I am and the same with you.

Who wouldn't keep receipts for this shit? Just means you have to pay twice because they have no record of payment.

This thread is a great read and really sheds light on the kind of dishonest people there are out there. Even those people within this community.

I'm not a violent type if regardless on whether you finally paid the debt back or not, the person who you owed the money too, now owes you a kick in the balls.

The more I read it stands out like dog's ball on a mouse this guy is full of crap and simply trying to avoid paying the dollars back, if he has paid I am sure the court would have reference of payment they might be slack but not that slack.

This guy is lucky that the person he owes the money to isn't one of those crazies that might be tempted to take revenge on his parked car one night with brake fluid or acid or even worse a match.

It got referred to sper and as soon as the full amount has been referred then the victim will be payed the money back... then I will have to pay it off. I rang sper and this is what they have told me.

for damages given he has been paid for goods which you have never received... I havent had any experience in
dealing with the QLD court system but it cant be too drastically different from ours...
