eb cfi cam?

i've been searching around here for a while tonight trying to find info on ea/eb cfi cams, coz I heard they make a good replacement for ef/el 4.0 cam instead of going to a wade grind. basically, is it true that these are a fairly big cam compared to std ef/el 4.0 cam and are they a direct fit on a 94da head using the cams original rocker gear(3.9)? we have the cam and we have the engine, and if the 2 can be married with good results and it will work then we will go ahead but if its all bullshit rumors then we wont bother. looking at the 2 cams side by side they are very different in profiles, but then the rocker arms are different to eachother as well. if there is a thread on here somewhere about this, or if anyone can shed some light on this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Just get a wade cam, the CFI cam is barely different, if at all.
If anything, just get an EF/EL xr6 cam (even EDxr6) - 94DA-95DA with rocker gear and it will be better than a CFi one IMO.

well we had the 2 cams sitting side by side, and I can assure you they are very different in terms of lift and duration. the lobe shape is completely different, the cfi cam looking to be almost twice the duration of the std ef cam. the reason im asking is because the rumour is these cams are bigger than the mild wade grinds, but I cant find any factual information anywhere that has the specs of it and also wether or not it could be used on the later head. we have a el xr6 cam here as well, but haven't compared it with the 3.9 unit yet as its still in an engine at this stage.

The cam will fit any ea - au head and there is no reason to change the standard rocker setup unless you fit an au grind.
