I have a bf ute with a auto can I put it in my ba ???? Are they a straight fit no mods

bf 4sp auto is same auto as ba 4sp auto.

Even though its out of an e/gas I looked under there and there some type of box attached to side of auto ?????

Take a pic of the box. My guess is heat exchanger. Anywho you don't sound too cluey so it's a recipe for disaster.
