Other then that its had a sport steering wheel and a new stereo since those pics were taken. Any ways hope you guys like it, let me know what you think.

Beautiful condition! So good it almost looks like a respray, rather than the original paint. You've done really well with looking after her mate

Thanks mate i do try and keep her clean, and it helps that she is hardly ever driven i got a rodeo (yes its true i drive a holden too) to thrash around in for work, and thats my weekend/road trip baby, i some times take it for a cruise through the city but yeah it gets started once a week and driven prob about 2 times a month (Sad i know but this is her life) and washed once a month because of this i really apreciate the time i get to spend driving her it gives me something to look foward too.

Postby tickie » March 2nd, 2008, 9:07 pm

Thanks mate, Well i had 2 ideas for it one would be rebuild the current 4.0ltr six and throw a blower on it and convert it to 5 speed, the next would be a turbo ba motor, but i hear its alot of work to get them in and running. But to be honest it will prob stay the way it is for a couple more years when the motor blows i will look into it. I think im leaning more towards the blower side of thing... In a few weeks im getting the extractors fitted. What do you drive bro?
Image
they are the old wheels 17" au xr wheels i've gone through a few sets being in the tyre industrie doesnt help cause every time i see something i like i usualy buy. I did have 20" delux stella's on it but i felt like it lifted it a bit and i lost alot in the ride comfort side not to mention the front guards catching on full lock when i went down my drive way, and i hate that shit man... But im happy with the xhp's now i think it sets it off and with the bridgestones it really hangs on.

my daily is a EF XR6 ex cop car, redback cat back zorst, elgt mags, tint. at the mo it is pretty normal. but when i get back from nz after easter, itll be lowered a lil more, sloted all round and custom made extractors and race style cat. then after that the reall mods will come. id rather the s/charger over turbo. check out in the build forums i think some one was putting a ba turbo engine in there somewhere.. :D

thanks apv i try mate, In the fear of sounding stupid, whats the APV sr3900 is that a turbo one?
EDfalcon: yeah i bought it with 145000kms now its got 254000kms so ive put on a 100k since i got it but thats with three trips to qld and a whole heap of cruising the streets of sydney. apart from that it doesnt see much use. it accualy makes me sad to see it sitting there. My parents always say since you dont use it why dont you sell it. but honestly man i'll prob get burried in tickie. apart from the fact that it would kill me to see someone drive off in it

yeh mate, its the one near liverpool. Have a fair few regulars on the fridays and saturdays now. I'm usually there every friday and some saturdays if i'm not going out anywhere else. So yeh, any time from about 8pm onwards is about the go. Sometimes we'll be parked under that carwash joint, and other times out behind the harrys cafe place. Mostly always just e-series aswell. haha, yeh, heard of the fiddler, not a bad joint.
