yes the last photo is woodgrain sprayed black...im going to play with the colours until i find something i like
i went with standard handles as dont have chrome anywhere else in the car

Are you certain they're Ghia doortrims though? I thought they came with leather armrests, unless I'm thinking of Fairlane/LTD-specific doortrims.

They look 100% better than the doortrims-in-progress too, although I guess that's an unfair comparo since nobody got to see what the end result would be.

I'll steal the answer from Brad. The electrical side is as easy as wiring in a shift kit, I shit you not. It's the physical fitting which is a PITA

yeah the gear is EL...cos the car is in my driveway. hehe

tiptronic is easy to wire
custom shifter cable bracket is required....heres what i did

im awaiting the flanges.....ive been and spoken to exhaust shop....just need a day off from new job (eek :() to get it all done at once.

forgot to add....piping is all done...holes are cut....bumper is cut....ready to roll

still trying to track down a Scortcher front bar to hide the cooler :)

ahh yes, patience is needed when it comes to quality flange

nothing ever is bolt up 91ebxr8
most things need customising.

the manifold is bolt on...but everything else (piping/exhaust) needs modding

went cruising in the typhoon again....makes me wanna chuck the turbo on now. hehe

Well after like 6mths....im finnally boosted

i still need exhaust and engineer cert ect.....but man....what a difference.

the power is unreal...just goes from idle to redline in split seconds...and put the foot down and watch the speedo go nuts :)

special thanks tristan for the help over this slow project....but its finally done!

ill get some pics and vids on asap.

el door trims look geat

i reken black wood grain looks nice
70mm t/b and maf, extractors and exhaust, 2500 stall, stage 2 shift kit, ultra lows, pioneer/clarion stereo.
