Trouble logging in with firefox

Hi Guys,Just afer a little help please!   I seem to be having trouble logging in via firefox.  I enter my correct userid and password, then it says it's incorrect and takes me to another screen where I have to type out the displayed characters. I do so correctly and it says I've exceeded my maximum allowed number of login attempts.I seem to be ok with internet explorer, but I haven't logged out as yet in case the same thing happens.Thanks,Justin.

Are you logging in at boostedfalcon.net or the Eseries site?

boostedfalcon works better.

Firefox works A+ for me.

I've tried both, but I normally log in via boostedfalcon.

Dunno if this has any bearing on it, but this occurred when I was trying to log on using a mac.

When I hopped back on my own laptop it was fine as it was already logged in, but then when I cleared my private data in firefox and tried to log in again, this problem occurred.

maybe just try and reinstall Firefox and make sure the crapple is turned off.

Thanks Dan, got the link to reactivate, but unfortunately the same thing occurred.
Now I can't log in via internet explorer or firefox. I created this temp account so I could reply.

New account seems to be working fine, but my old one still can't log in - now both through firefox and ie is stuffed. Anybody else got any ideas?

see if someone else can login using ur private9 account on a different PC.
that way we'll know if its an account issue or PC issue.
