Markings on silver cover has numbers with the letters GM and VR Canada
And a barcode sticker on the barrel got BHN onit.

They look like late 90's/early 00's GenIII manifolds going from the bolt pattern/port spacing, and as Wayne said, probably off a pickup.

They are from a VE 6.0 Litre gents, or at least a 6.0 litre out of something with an extremely similar manifold/cat setup to VE.

Is it worth selling or bin it?
Its second hand but seems to be in good condition.

Can't see it being worth much to anyone except a scrap dealer. I'd say someone bought a VE 6.0, got an actual exhaust and extractors put on it, then went out and make 280rwkw.

Take the cats to a wreckers. Most offer about $40 per cat if you walk in with them. The manifolds are worthless.
