Hi all,

Not much to know, just another Queenslander, Im 18, the old mans got a Black Xb Gt and a Vermillion Xy Ute and all 3 brothers own fords so I guess I grew up around fords and of course my first car;

97 El Gli, bought it pretty cheap cause of a scrape in the right hand rear door panel (soon to be fixed), paint was a bit faded and ordinary but I gave it a cut and its not looking too bad now. Drove it as I bought it for bout 6 months then finally decided on a set of 18" Gtp wheels and de-spoilered it, been like that ever since other then a few touches in the interior and a new grill. King Superlows arriving on monday, so its finally getting dropped sometime soon and then a trip to the panelbeater. Oh and I also just blacked out the centre pillars a few hours ago. Slowly getting things done.

What's the go with the sideskirts? I reckon some small touches like red mirrors, the superlows you've mentioned, & maybe a red grille insert (Futura style) will go nicely.

Filenames? As in yeswoodidit? Haha, well took me about 2 hours to make the background black and white without changing the car colour. And yeah the sideskirts were on it when I bought it, I very nearly didnt buy it for that reason, cant afford to be too picky with a first car tho.

From Yeppoon, QLD, bout 40km east of rockhampton bit of a mini-noosa-ville. Yeah the sideskirts could probably grow on you but nah, too many ricers getting around with chunky bodykits to say Im too fond of em.
