Yeah, it is an awesome car. Dylan, I reckon $8000 minimum. ebgt302, you're missing the point completely. There's more to a car than just maximum power (not that this is short of power). This car looks great, has a comfy interior, the manual adds extra fun to it, and there is nothing else out there like it. The attention to detail is great, and while I've copied a number of Dylan's mods, mine look terrible by comparison. This car looks just as good in the flesh as it does in photos.

I dont think you understand Mark - at the end of the day its still a N/A EB Falcon. 10k will get you a manual EF/EL XR6 with enough left over for a basic turbo kit.

but im a performance junky

i like to go fast, looks and detail come last on my list, speed and perforamnce comes first

so im my eyes its just a 6, i had no idea the motor was worked any way.

its advertised as an au 6, either way its still a 6

Sorry I can't give you much help, but just thought I'd complement it. Very clean engine bay, looks new. :shock:

Unfortunately Falcons do not hold their value! Good luck with the sale mate, but I'd tell you to keep it.

witout readin anything that uve done to it an jus from seeing it dylan....
if it was mine id put it up for atleast 10k...maybe 12 so they can nok u down to 10, makem feel like they gota bargin....
the things mint man....i would go any lower then say 8500-9000...

maybe 7500 without the wheels...6k no wheels/stereo

Beautiful car Dylan... big props on the work that has been done to it!
Unfortunatly it will never be worth as much in $$ value as it 'looks'

In my opinion its worth as much as a MINT genuine EDXR6 manual, plus a bit extra for the wheels/stereo.
I cant see it being up near the 10-12k range purely because there is numerous 100-200klm ED Sprints to be had at that price. Oh so tempting.

All that aside its a hot hot looking car, you have done EXCELLENT with it and hats off to you!

I think commando's pretty much hit the nail on the head. It's worth more than it'd sell for. Beautiful car for sure, but personally I can't see it fetching more than 6-7k. If it was me, I'd probably advertise on carsales, and every forum known to man for 7k and wait it out.

I reckon he could get 10k...

And i'm going on.. Lee(Badefghia)... Any1 who has seen him at cruises or knows him out of the club would know what he puts his cars through(The guy in the BF XR6 at the last cruise doing 100in 1st on the limiter for like 3oo mtrs)

He had a Ef ghia with a manual box... Done like 3XX,XXXks and with a small amount of mods it had done 16X,XXX and spent prolly the last 100,000 on the limiter... I have about an hour's worth of him just cutting hoops and tails for kilometers up roads in "unnamed" towns... AND he still got 8k. For a shitter with a manual and fuked clutch.

Dylans has everything, Worked motor, great driveline, mint paint, stereo, mags... the works. There isnt a thing that needs to be done or put onto this car...

Parker, 2 things that spring to mind for that car, V8 and manual, pretty rare in a Ghia.

Dylan, Im with everyone else, put it up for $10k, someone will knock you down to around 8-9. I personally wouldnt sell it, if you want a new car, save a bit more and put this thing under a car cover! Absolutely mint example of an E-Series.

BRAND NEW car, straight out of the showroom - look - its a $400000 car, can you resell it for $400000?

No of course 99% of the time you will never get the same back at what you paid.

Im saying for someone that likes that model car and is intending to modify one, This would be a good option to bypass all the heartache, pain, hours and $$ and probably look as good as their EB would turn out anyways after 2 years of stuffing about and $15k+.
Depends if someone wants to spend big $$ and time on their current car or buy one finished and do a few little personalisations.

hey guys thanx for all the coments. and no i dont expect to get what ive spent on it as i have spent about 25,000 give or take a few bucks.

it will be getting put on ebay saturday so just want to know a reserve price, thats why i asked.

pete- i already have another toy in the shed, so 2 toys is outta the question lol.

but yeah as someone said hopefully find some wit a rich dad to buy it lol. :mrgreen:
