I've been watching your build up on SF Sam.

Its quite a good read, giving me some ideas for my track car.

They're definitely under rated. People talk about how the EBII XR6 was quicker than the Aussie V8s like the XR8 and SS, but the EA S Pack 5 speeds were as quick as a VLTurbo and VN Calais V8.

Not a 50 page exert, but they went on and on about the BA for ages and talked it up a fair bit. I've lost most of my magazines from that era, but I recall detailed write ups about most aspects of the car. It also took out COTY The VY came out at pretty much exactly the same so both models dominated magazine coverage for months.

I know about the wagon and the bagged sedan, but I didn't know you were building a track car. Is there a thread you can point me to?

On the phase 1V, Leanne Tander is racing a '73 phase 1V XA GT in the Touring Car Masters series. Not sure, but I'd imagine it would be one of the originals and not a copy. Someone may know on here.

Nowhere near an original, trust me!

that xa is gonna be a front runner for sure, check out the pics of it with the guards off it, looks like a V8 supertaxi under the skin.
