well well well, i have my lisence back
get the option of loosing it again in a month or so or keeping it and going no points for a year
the car goes better than i expected, i know some kent in a vn ss was had a wierd look on his face when i was staying next to him. its fuking great to be driving again

yeh i been doing speed limit, needs a spool or a limo,
uses fuel like a slut, need to get it checked out 200km to a tank
so any ideas what could be causing that....

due to lisence being lost in court,
and befor i went to court i had a build up of points,
so i will be taking the one point option.
car goes better than i expected, but i always loose traction

hahahah nah didnt turn out to be that
some dumb kent that owned it befor me
did a fuel pump in it, did put the o-ring back on the fuel pump cover thing
and it was half loose, ash we got home @ 3am or so hwy FTW!

yeh wayne i love the note when its above 3000rpm

standard ratio at the moment 3.23 i think?
gonna change to something a bit higher hopefully 4.11's or ill go 3.9's
she runs rich as hell at the moment
still trying to sort that out.

well hasnt really been a posthere in a whilst,
got 3.9's dropped off on friday, spool should be arriving in mail today

at the moment this thing is goign to end up painted phantom purple, looking for a set of 19's for it also but dont know wot will suit it yet

well i got pissed off today and bit the bullet ripped the whole diff out of the car.
so tomorrow ill load it onto the back of a ute, and take it to keysy diff's
they going to change it from 3.23 to 4.11's, remove single spinner and put in LSD, all new parts and bearings

pat is it much work respraying in same color?

aslong as the original paint is in fair condition just rub it back then paint straight over it... unless your using 2pac.

get the diff back next thursday / friday, hopefully early friday so i can go to wade n pick up the new cam
still deciding weather 1673 or 1521a i think itll be 1673 thou

well chucked the diff in last nite, and i love it

drop the clutch n it just spins.
will be giving it a good test out somewhere soon

been having problems with the car lately,
oil leaks and shit so 2day at lunch my new
sump gasket, timing case gasket, balencer, au head gasket
will be here so hopefully this will stop all the leaks
i love having 4.11's but hate it at the same time spins off the line but
theres no top end

pete yes it does

got to work this morning at 6 ripped the gear box, radiator, etc etc
getting it ready to pull the motor back out, ive got a leak coming from somewhere
so instead of cleaning it to find out where, i thought i would just buy everything it could be
and replace everything, fkn couldnt belive it yesterday
ACL Race series AU Copper head gasket retails for 455$ WTF
lucky i only payed 160

whilst the engine is out its getting thermos, serpentine conversion, new balancer, all the gaskets changed, air con going back in.

the diff is coming back out and going back to keysy diff's for the 2nd time

it has a little whine under accelaration so we will see what they say, all i care is i have the car back for easter nats

Hopefully your diff is fine. Mine has a slight whine around 60-70-80kph (loudest around 70) but it's very quiet. If your whine is around that speed I wouldn't be too concerned, unless it was dead silent when you first got it & the whine has recently popped up after only a couple of weeks...
