Well, going the other way around (with your 2500rpm)
1650 / 2500 * 4.11 = old ratio = 2.71I think either your 1650 or your 2500 rpm readings are skewiff.

1650 / 2500 * 4.11 = old ratio = 2.71I think either your 1650 or your 2500 rpm readings are skewiff. I'm tipping it's your 1650rpm reading.
I reckon you were probably doing around 1800-1900rpm before the diff swap (high 1800s = 3.08 ratio based on your 2500@100 for 4.11 ratio estimate)
