Finally a real question that is worth answering.
And the answer to that is .... ( sorry shaun) NO.
It is not a good time for the power output.
And there are a few reasons for this, the way his turbo is setup it is very laggy and very peaky. in order to control detonation he has backed the timing off dramatically.
He has lower than std compression, which does not help.
I drove it the other day on the street and commented on how average it was off boost, but at the end of the day he was happy with it and decided to take it to heathcote. He wanted to run FULL street trim, so sub box in and all. std street tyres
For the record the dyno run was done with a different diff ratio to what he has now.
I would expect with some sticky tyres and a nice cold air intake and a tune it SHOULD run low 13's
but it is not up to me.
Oh and it hasn't been dynoed in a fair while so it may be a bit tired, or a bit better, who knows, mixtures could be out, who knows.
It's a bit hard to compare a dyno sheet from a couple years ago to a run at heathcote.
it would have been nice to say launch at more rpm but his tyres / suspension just would not allow it.
