ah ive never done a e series one but with this the sump has to come off etc etc but ill chuck in a double row timing chain and they get rid of the tensioners altogether.

yeah spot on mate!
well it made a slight rattle at higher rpm's. but i dont know if it was that or not tho. soon find out once i get it back :|

but sump was off yesterday.No bits were found in there so thats good. got to hear it run for a minute today. sounded pretty good.
Still a few things to finish off but all being well ill have it back tomorrow night.....

C+A auto fashion. they are nice guys and are like 5 shops up from my work. WIN!!! they just had a big write up in street commodores.
i guess it was them who got me to buy a holden. always tuff cars there and the noise when they test drive them/dyno :o

im hoping for about 315-320 ish rwkw

remember seeing the right up in street commos regarding C & A auto, they do paint and panel in house too yeh? Not
that it matters to you obviously but still.... Like a one stop shop type thing.... their drag car seems pretty hardcore too....

yeah man. con does panel and paint work. was a pretty good write up.

ive known them for a few years and that ute was just a tuff street car and over the years its turned into that monster you saw :o

ok well i finally got pictures working.

every run was very consistent and within a few kw of each other.C+A's dyno is within 2 horse power of the dyno at summernats

did a best of 340 rwkw but average was :

havnt worked out an exact figure yet cos of the snapped tensioner ect ect. ill let ya know when i know man.

lol idle is fairly tuff. it has a really tuff idel when there is a little bit of torque on it.
