na haven't got the actuator or wastegate ported.. i was thinking mayb thats why its a little slow to come onto boost, because otherwise they might not be able to control it? not sure i'll have to speak to bluepower.

yeah still stock exhaust except for hi flow cat.
haha you'll have it soon just got to upgrade the right parts in the right order!

took the beast out to calder tonight.. had 5 runs and ended up doing a 12.5@ 118mph :drinks2: fairly happy with that, did a 2.0 60ft on street tyres.
would be more in it for sure but i thought i better stop or i'd break it. think i even got a bit more clunk/driveline noise for my efforts haha.

someone needs to build a resonably priced strong rear end for these things!

Yeah alot more in it for sure.. not sure how much dragging the clutch is good for, its more of a street clutch not really meant to slip the shit out of it.
it pulled 120mph when i did 12.9 must have been nearly on the limiter in 4th?
I think one of the cv's is being gay now, seriously thinking about fixing the rear end somehow.. 2 diff bushes on the back??
wonder how different AU driveshafts/CVs are?
or fit a solid axle out of a ute? lol

AU halfshafts and CV's are too different, and shithouse. Search Lokka + IRS + Skids = ?? I've snapped 2 halfshafts, ABS Sensors are also mounted on the diff in AU IRS.

Good stuff with the 12.5 man, are these cars as hard as they say to race down the quarter? 120MPH is very strong would be a low 11 with a auto and a good run!

yeah not sure if it would be that cos it isn't real bad.. still seems the same hasn't really changed so i dunno?

not that hard i dont rekon, i only had 5 so runs so deffinatly could improve on 12.5. with a better launch + street radials aswell.
i think its just to get a good time in a manual its pretty harsh on the driveline so not as many people go for it?

Love the black and silver engine bay! pity about the blue silicone.. you can get black from VPW.

the plates are great too..

What power is it making now?

had to replace the rubber 'doughnut' in the tailshaft cos it was all cracked and dying. seems to have tightened up the driveline a tiny bit.

i also got another toy lol.. dunno what im gonna do with it yet needs some work but was cheap enough...

Not much of an update.. car is still going pretty well, replaced the L/H rear wheel bearing the other day and the rear end is still holding up ok.
Have been thinking about what to do to it next.. would love a Bonnet bulge and a twin exhaust either side. I like the way it sounds now tho and i dont think it'll give me much more power so im not really sure at this stage, an cos i have an xcal1 i cant get it re-tuned anymore which sucks major balls!

Been busy as fixing up the Landcruiser.. done like 1billion things to it, rebuilt gearbox, diff (lokka :) ), brakes, rear shocks, welded turbo manifold an fixed all the leaks etc etc. 4x4ing is awesome fun!

Need to get some proper pics or some vids :) dont really have any.
i would like to repolish all the stuff in the engine bay but i don't have another rocker cover and its effort to take this one off haha :D
Got some new clear side repeaters cos mine were all faded and crappy, looks better :) got proper ford rear floor mats off a mate so they actually fit in, the old ones were too big. And i finally secured the battery in the boot because it was only sitting in the battery box.
