Really??? i didnt think double sided tape would hold them of EF/EL's for 15 years.............
mickyyyy wrote:To get it engineered it has to pass emmision's and his head is exactly like the nizpro engine that made over 1000hp on engine dyno as he used same head porter and it has bigger cams, so its going to need a tune to pass it and then u have exhaust noise so may need another muffler or what not.
Engine needs to be lowered some how as cannot have engine exposed period so need to get another bonnet and respray it and drop engine somehow???
Needs standard steering wheel as it came factory with airbag so that's a big no no
Have to double check brake rotor and calipers if there ADR approved, and if they came of another production Aussie car then its no problem
This thing needs alot of work to get it registered and engineered by the book
If it were me i would wire in BA/BF ecu and get it tuned...............
Get door molds, original xr front bar with lip and side skirts and get them painted and put on, as i prefer the orignal look..................

Your dreaming an insurance company would pay him out or cover another car when that engine is not engineered but can get away with wheels, suspension, interior if it's listed on the policy.

My insurance policy states in black & white i'm covered for flood. Everything except paths, retaining walls and tennis courts. People need to read the product disclosure statements before signing up. Think some lessons have been learnt the hard way.
Back on the JETXR topic.. Nice car. But for $20k+ i think i'd rather an ELGT.
ELGT really? i didn't think anyone wanted them.
i'm sticking with my first comment's. fucken mad car. and i would definitely pay that for it.

How long was your car for sale before you parted it out?

I'm just here giving honest advice of what is needed to make the car legit unless u all can come up with a better answer, to why it hasn't sold in 4 yrs................
EFFalcon wrote:EL GT would be the smarter buy, if there is a suck a thing with eseries
but where exactly are the $20k GT's
