stock diff can handle some decent power so leave that as is unles u wanna change ratios as for your gearbox rip the t5 out throw it in the bin chucka t56 tremic or a tko600 in and upgrade the clutch to sumthen decent or if an auto is your thing a btr will be good for 300rwks or u can use a c4 auto or a 2 speedpower glide or a turb400 use any of these options and say hello to reliable driveline in an e series
