Cop Stories

Postby EB Booster » June 24th, 2008, 2:47 pm

Hey everyone I was just wondering if any one had any funny cop stories?
I’ve got one happened about a month or 2 ago I drove down to victor to meet up with some m8’s and I drove past the pub this was at about 1 or 2 am and there was a cop sitting on the side of the road when I drove past him he pulled out and was behind me anyways getting to the point he pulled me over and was looking around my car I had tires that had no tread on them tinted widows so you couldn’t even see in side. While his m8 gave me a RBT after they gave me that the 2nd cop came up and I was shitting my self because I knew I was going to get done, He said to me other then that back tire you got a nice looking car get it fix 2mora yea. They left and I think I sat there for about 5 minutes thinking why didn’t they give me a ticket or slap a defect sticker on there guess it was cold and they couldn’t be fucked writing out one think thats my year of good luck right there :D

I was pulled over for dropping the clutch - The officer asked if i had been drinking and i said Yes -

I also said it was hours ago- I must have an honest face because he didn't breath test me  ?

I was at a set of lights late one night and redlined every gear untill about 120k's when the car was Manual - I turned down a street about 200-300 meters from the lights to be greeted with and RBT line up -

When i pulled up to the officer he said - "Your cars sounds great - I could hear you coming a mile away"

I told him i wasn't sure if that was good or bad lol - but i stood on it a little leaving the line up - just for him haha -
I have plenty of stories - Mostly bad :(
Its a stack of f*ck shit, on top of itself niggaaaaaa

A few years ago, after having a big Bundy and Coke, I got pulled over in my XF for having only the driving lights on. He told me I shouldn't be driving around with fog lights on unless it was foggy, then breath tested me, then combed over my car looking for stuff to ping me on & said my battery was loose. I drove away with a warning - they weren't fog lights, I blew 0.0 and the battery was fine unless you used a lot of strength to try and move it slightly. He looked pretty bummed about issuing no ticket.

That's about as exciting as my car stories go, but if you're asking about other stuff... ;)

I had a cop pull me over in my porsche. He molested my girlfriend. Then we went back to another cop's place for moustache rides 8-)

A female cop pulled me over in Bayswater for not wearing a seatbelt.

I started unbuttoning my shirt and unzipping my fly, when she seemed a bit put off I offered to give her my mobile phone number so we could "sort something out later" but she didn't take me up on the offer.

Maybe next time hey?

I was driving around in a sik as VN commodore, 18" Rims, Dumpd as loud as a screaming duck. Had about 3 beers at the pub. Pulled up at a round about in 2 head land (Tassie). Motorbike copper walks over says "Had anything to drink tonight son" yes 3 beers in about 2 hours. Looks at my license (Viccy one) does a rego check on the car walks back and goes "Tell your GF to get a better car, have a good night".

Or over in WA doing like 75km/h in a 50km/h zone. In a viccy registered car. Get pulled over. Cop walks up all tough "Give me you license" Looks at it, throws it at me goes "****, too much paperwork to fine you" and walks off and takes off like his wife just cheated on him.

A few weeks back i was driveing home. it was when we had all that rain in brisbane. They went over the car back wheels where f--ked and the facted i was only on my ls. Thy could have dun me for no driver beside me for not haveing ls and for the skid they seen me do also the defects. but instead gave me warning. and made me walk home in the rain. But i was going to walk off and come back after they left. but they went around the block 3 times to make sure i was not going to drive it.

Got pulled over for a burnt out headlight by a HP car one night.

Then he told me I should turn around, and go back into town to get a headlight, instead of continuing the last 350kms of my journey on one headlight. It was at this point I realised I had the spool in, and to do a U-turn in front of him would mean epic screeching, and probably a big fine.

"Nah mate, I'm not going back into town, it's like 10 kays!"
"I really think you should mate, you never know, another cop might see you and fine you for it, hell we might even magically end up in front of you and fine you"

I got back into the car and started it, and then realised the back wheels weren't on the ground properly. The car was so low, as I pulled over it had beached itself on the rails/underside of the car, and I was pretty much bogged. Realising I was fucked, I quickly jumped on the phone to the old girl, and told her to bring me out a globe for the headlights (we have hundreds in the shed). I hung up, but still held the phone to my head...

5 minutes later, the cop pulls out from behind me and pulls up level with the window...
"So are you going back into town or what?"
"Nah mate, the folks own the local auto place, I'm just ringing my old girl to bring one out to me, she's just trying to find the right one"
"You lazy little........ See ya mate" and they left.

To get the car un-beached I had to get my brother to get out and lift the towbar up and down whilst I planted it.

Oh, and there was the time (many many years ago now) that I spotted a sign with my name on it at about 2am, 50km's away from any from of civilisation. I had a friend with me, so we pulled a burnout and turned around, and flew back to where it was, pulled out the tools and shimmied up the pole to get it off. We also had a collection of about 10 road-works signs sitting on the back seat, covered up with a few jumpers and a pizza box, it was just one of those nights. After about 15 minutes, we realised we weren't going to get it off without a hacksaw, and I'd already lost a couple of spanners in the grass, so we gave up. I did another u-turn, smoked em up, did a few side to sides, and then accelerated back up to the speed limit... at which point I saw a car come over the hill, and then on came the party lights...

He comes up to the window after pulling us over and says
"Evening mate.... first things first, it's 2am, there's no-one around, most people sit on 130 on this stretch... and you're doing 80km/h! What's going on? Have you been drinking?!"

Turns out the radar got me as I was still accelerating away from my burnout!

"Nah mate, I'm just a bit tired, and there's roo's along this few kays sometimes, just trying to be careful"
EDIT: I later realised it was part of my licence conditions that I should have been doing 80km/h anyways, I just forgot whilst I was talking to him because I never adhered to it.

"So did you guys have pizza tonight?" he says looking in the back seat.
I shit bricks, thinking he's seen the signs.
"Yeah mate, there's still a few bits left, you want some?"
"Awwwww... nah probably shouldn't, watchin my weight hahahaha"
"Oh well, it was pretty good, we'll probably eat it for breakfast"
"That's ok fella's, have a safe trip, I'm the only one out here tonight so once the roos are gone, you can cruise back up to 100-120 and you'll be fine."

And we were on our way. We were so lucky we stopped for the sign, we were cruising at about 180-200km/h before that, and I swear he would have been able to see all the smoke from our U-turn efforts when he went to pull one himself, so maybe he was having a good night. I pulled my head in after that, it was way way too close.

I have a mate that used to live in this side street off a main road so i was picking him up for a party one night so i hooked it sideways out of his street and kept a little side to side action going before straightening up and just kept the thing hammering along at full song (1970 capri gt3000 nasty nasty cam, lots of headwork, 4 barrel holley and a twin 2" exhaust with no mufflers it was farking loud).

So we turn off the road straight into an RBT and i was fucking shitting myself, the back seat was coved in 6 packs and bottles of spirits and undoubtably the officer had heard my antics, the officer walks up to the window looks in the back seat and the conversation goes like this:

Officer: G'day boys, big night ahead hey?
Me: Yeah mate, off to a party
Officer: Have you been drinking tonight sir?
Me: Nope
Officer: Blow into this
-breath test shit-
Officer: Thats a nice Capri you have, V6?
Me: Yeah mate, thanks
Officer: I wouldn't be going and doing any burnouts tonight hey, there will be alot of us out.
Me: A bit too late for that officer
Officer: So i heard, have a good night fellas.

All i could do was laugh and give it some stick pulling away.
